This is the perfect opportunity for people who want to get their hands dirty and get to know the amazing material that is clay, all in an intimate and cozy session. Whether you want to use thisworkshop as a kick-off into your pottery journey or a once-in-a-liftetime experience, joy and relaxation are guaranteed!

The workshop is divided in 4 sessions of 3h each. After booking, we can arrange the dates that work best for you!

You will learn the basics about wheel-throwing: how to wedge clay, center it on the wheel and pull up clay-walls. You’ll turn and trim your pieces and use different decoration techniques. These are private sessions , so you can take your time, ask as many questions as you need and learn at your own pace!

After the sessions you can pick your ready glazed and fired pieces. The material and firing costs are included.

This 4-session introduction allows you to work on the wheel on your own afterwards during our open studio days, either with a Membership Mini or a Multipass12.

Dies ist die perfekte Gelegenheit für alle, die selbst Hand anlegen und das faszinierende Material Ton in einer gemütlichen und persönlichen Atmosphäre kennenlernen möchten.

Ob du diesen Workshop als Einstieg in die Welt des Töpferns oder als einmaliges Erlebnis nutzen möchten – Freude und Entspannung sind garantiert!

Das Workshop ist in 4 Sitzungen à 3h geteilt. Nach der Buchung kannst du mit uns planen, welche Zeiten für dich am besten passen.

Du lernst die Grundlagen des Drehens an der Töpferscheibe: wie man den Ton knetet, ihn auf der Scheibe zentriert und die Tonwände hochzieht. Du lernst abdrehen und bearbeiten deiner Objekte und wendest verschiedene Dekorationstechniken an. Der Kurs ist privat sodass du dir Zeit nehmen kannst und so viele Fragen stellen kannst, wie du möchtest!

Nach dem Kurs kannst du deine fertig glasierten und gebrannten Stücke abholen. Material- und Brennkosten sind inklusive. Mit dieser 4-teiligen Einführung kannst du anschließend an unseren Open Studio Zeiten selbstständig an der Töpferscheibe arbeiten – entweder mit einer Mitgliedschaft Mini oder einer Multipass12-Karte.
